After finishing Federal High School in Lienz, Mag. Romana Altenweisl started her special education at Pedagogic Academy in Innsbruck and graduated as elementary school teacher. During teachership she started study of pschcholgy, which she graduated from in 2001.

Mag. Romana Altenweisl was able to gain practical experience as psychologist within psychiatric department of University Hospital Innsbruck.

Finally, her psychologiy knowledge was broadened by basic education as psycho-therapist within psycho-therapeutic preparatory course at university of Innsbruck (Graduation 2003).
